The Question is directed to the CS for National Treasury and Planning: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm that members of the Constituency Oversight Committee under the National Government Constituency Development Fund have not been paid for services rendered to the National Government Constituency Development Fund Board since their appointment? (ii) What steps is the Ministry taking to ensure that the said payments are effected? I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
