    "content": "We have seen public pronouncement by the Director General (DG) who is in charge of the KNBS himself pronouncing that the youth, especially who are not employed are given priority for jobs of enumerators. This is because enumerators’ qualification is not prohibitive for anybody. It does not need a lot of experience because it is a matter of just knowing the area. In fact, enumerators are employed from the local area, therefore, no youth in this country is unable to do that."
