    "content": "First, Standing Order No.125 (3) requires the Clerk of the National Assembly to present a Bill passed by the House to the Attorney-General within 14 days of its passage by the House. Secondly, Standing Order No.125 (4) requires the Attorney-General to present the Bill to the President within 14 days of receipt of the Bill from the Clerk of the National Assembly. Thirdly, Standing Order No.125 (5) requires the Attorney-General, at the expiry of the 14 days, to file a return to the Speaker indicating the time and date when the Bill was presented to the President for assent."
