    "content": "I sit on the Committee of Defence and Foreign Affairs. This time round the Ministry of Defence asked for Kshs183 billion and we only approved Kshs121billion. This means that there is a deficit in their budget of about Kshs53 billion. The Ministry Foreign Affairs asked for Kshs36 billion, the amount given by the National Treasury was Kshs18 billion.
