I stand to support this Bill and more importantly to underscore the risks that we are being subjected to because of the supremacy battles between the Senate and the National Assembly which led to the collapse of the mediation. This can bring this country to a standstill. We are already seeing the effects of this in the counties and you can imagine what will happen if somebody was to tamper with the Appropriation Bill and bring it to a halt. You will not be here because there will be no money to pay you. The Senate does not seem to understand this."
