As I conclude because many of my colleagues have already ventilated on this issue, I want to ask you a question because I may not be suitable to give you advice. I think we need to specifically go back to Article 114 which generally mandates this House to generate and enact money Bills. I request that we have courage to resist pressure from the Senate and allow this Bill we are going to pass today to become law and not be subjected to mediation. First of all, Article 218 of the Constitution does not in any way confer this Bill as if it is an ordinary one which can go to mediation. To honour the dignity of this House please present this Bill to the President to enact so that the true position and level of this House is noticed by the people of Kenya. With those few remarks, I support."
