"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. In replying I want to thank Members for the support they have expressed and indeed by calling upon me to reply. To respond to what the Member for Funyula was speaking about in terms of whether this is a Bill that should go to mediation or to the other House, I think in as much as we respect the opinion that was expressed by the Supreme Court in 2013, Article 95 of our Constitution is very clear and specific that the National Assembly determines the allocation of national revenue between the levels of Government as provided in Chapter 12 Part 4 of the Constitution.
