    "content": "We have the capacity to pass the laws and allocate resources. As we move to the next allocation in the coming Supplementary Budget, I will seek for further funding based on our recommendation here, so that we should not have the EACC or the DPP before us saying they do not have enough money to hire prosecutors, investigators or buy equipment. This is a critical area and I am happy this House has the constitutional capacity to strengthen these institutions. I want to urge this House to adopt the Report."
