    "content": "opportunities are given to the same people and in a biased way? If you look at the embassies and State agencies, you will find that they have employed people from the same community. We are not ashamed to say that these people need to change this culture. It is a heartbreaking culture especially here in Kenya. It is also trickling down to county governments.
