"content": " Hon. Senators, I have another Communication to make on the demise of the Late Hon. (Dr.) Joyce Laboso EGH, Governor of Bomet County. As you are aware, today is another sad day for the country and the people of Bomet County in particular, following the heart-breaking loss of Governor (Dr.) Joyce Cherono Laboso who passed away while undergoing treatment yesterday, 29th July, 2019. The late Governor was born on 25th November, 1960, and attended Kaplong and Molo Primary schools before joining Kaplong Girls Secondary School and the Kenya High School. A lover of multi-culturalism, Dr. Laboso studied French, Literature and The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
