    "content": "I am sure everybody want to say something so let me make my remarks brief. Gov. Laboso was a modern leader and a learned lady. As I said earlier, I had a French Professor in the University of Madagascar who used to tell us about the superiority of the French over the English in Literature. About 200 years ago, you could not be a proficient diplomat unless you knew French. Diplomacy used to be carried out in the French Language and that only took a turn towards the end of the 19th Century."
