    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity to condole with the families of our colleagues on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Nairobi. First of all, I thank colleagues for condoling with the people of Nairobi. I also give my condolences to the families of Hon. Okoth and Hon. (Dr.) Laboso. We have really lost; it has been a very tough few weeks for us, as the country. We have lost very many friends over the past few weeks.
