    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we should now look at the environment. What are we doing about it? Look at the pollution level in this country and we are complaining about the causes of cancer. The pollution level is a result of so many chemical fumigations that are going on in the dumping sites and garbage that is fermenting all over the place and emitting gases that are not good for us to breathe. We should, therefore, look at the environment we live in, our home surroundings, cities and towns. How do we approve the plans?
