    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Hon. Okoth was a good friend of mine. When I came to this Parliament, somebody pulled me aside and asked me to look for Hon. Okoth and work with him on human rights issues. In the confusion, I thought he was in this House. I, therefore, went round looking, and when I asked where he was, I was told that he was in the National Assembly. Luckily, I met him a few weeks later at the Human Rights Caucus. From there, we discussed working on different issues concerning human rights and the rights of people to good health and living conditions, especially in informal sectors. That was around the time there were demolitions in his constituency. I promise my friend that I will continue with the fight for the rights of the less privileged, as promised and discussed."
