    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, public service or leadership constitutes some sort of kinship with other leaders. Therefore, I feel sad not just for the loss of a colleague, but a friend and family. Therefore, for both of them, rest in peace my friends. The journey and fight you started, the rest of us will continue. But to the rest of the 27,000 Kenyans, I mourn with them and honour their lives. I know that their lives are also as rich in their families and in accomplishments as our colleagues were. We also honour them as well, not forgetting that they are our kin and fellow citizens."
