    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I will be very brief. I stand to support The Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) Bill, 2019. I would like to start by sending my condolences to the family of the late hon. Okoth and hon. (Dr.) Laboso. These are two great leaders who had an opportunity, and true to their word, were dedicated to their work. They were public servants from whom we were expecting a lot in service to this country.
