    "content": "So, I take this opportunity to send my condolences on my own behalf, that of my family and the people of Kuresoi Constituency whom I represent in this House. I also want to join the Leader of the Majority Party in saying this: It is high time, as a House, we upped our game against cancer. We are suffering as a nation and we need to get into details. We not only need to legislate and come up with a budget, but we also want to know what it is that we are doing wrong. As a country, this is something that has really surged. Now we have many cases of cancer. Every Member of this House has in one way or another been affected by the scourge of cancer. I personally lost my grandmother and many constituents to this scourge. I think it is about time we started thinking about it. We should think of setting up a hospital specifically to deal with cancer."
