    "content": "Hon. Members and other people who are well to do can go to countries outside of Kenya. However, our own constituents cannot afford even a ticket to India because it is expensive. It is about time we set up a hospital to deal with cancer. We want to encourage His Excellency the President to consider this matter in the Big Four Agenda. Indeed, one of the items he holds dear is health. So, other than the universal health that we aim to achieve, we should also consider setting up a cancer hospital in Kenya. It would be a legacy that will not be rivalled by anyone because it is what Kenyans need more than anything else. Many of these Members have been conducting a lot of fundraisings to help their constituents and relatives to go abroad for treatment. I think if we set up a facility here and equipped it, then it would go a long way in helping our constituents."
