"content": "Hon. Speaker, Kenya is mourning. I know that when leaders depart, people say so many kind words about them even to those who do not deserve the kind words. However, you will agree with me that the leaders we are talking about today deserve the kind of comments we are making about them. My constituency of Suba South, which I represent in this House, my family and myself are saddened by the demise of these great leaders. Hon. Ken Okoth joined Parliament as a Member of Parliament on Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket which I Chair and of course lead the minority in this House. We will agree he was an individual or MP who cut across and was respected by Members across the aisle. In Ken Okoth we have lost a team player, diligent leader and leader of great focus. One who all will agree took his job so seriously that his constituents are really in mourning because this is a great loss to them."
