    "content": "On my own behalf and that of persons with disabilities whom I represent from Migori to Turkana, I send my condolences. It is high time we, as Members of Parliament, spoke and sat down openly to discuss cancer. We cannot continue to bury our heads in the sand. We need to seriously look at the issue of healthcare and cancer in this country to save our people who spend a lot of money on its treatment."
