    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. On behalf of my family, the people of Kiminini and the great county of Trans Nzoia, I pass our message of condolences to the two families of the late Hon. (Dr.) Joyce Laboso and Hon. Ken who was the Member for Kibra. I worked with both leaders in the last Parliament and they had something in common. Both of them were humble, focussed and committed to their work. It is my prayer to the Almighty God to give their families strength and comfort at this difficult time.
