    "content": "Finally, I pass my condolences to the family and constituents of the late Hon. Ken Okoth and Her Excellency Hon. (Dr.) Joyce Laboso. These were outstanding leaders and we are humbled. We are challenged to see the extent to which we can follow their mantle. We would like to express our greatest condolences. Since we already have a national cancer centre which seems to be facing the challenge of limited funding, we as Parliament - as a commitment and a legacy - could commit to try and follow up this issue and provide necessary resources."
