    "content": "At the outset, I support this Report. The Auditor-General audits most of our accounts including the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) and county governments among other institutions but we also allocate funds to that particular office and we do not know who audits that office. They audit themselves. Of course, it is common sense and human nature that if I was to audit myself, I would definitely give myself a clean bill of health but while I audit other institutions, I would give them negative reports.
