    "content": "The point I am making is that before they were given the guns, they were civilians. They were not trained anywhere. They have no paramilitary or military training anywhere in the world. People were issued with guns and told to go and fight with other communities. The results have been catastrophic. I want to inform these Members who are here shouting that tomorrow I am going to attend a very important peace and reconciliation meeting in Kerio Valley. Peace has prevailed in the Kerio Valley because of the withdrawal of guns."
