(a) I am aware that a fatal accident involving GK 660F, a Land Rover attached to Kigumo Police Station occurred on 13th April, 1994, along Kigumo-Kagari Road. The accident was reported at Kigumo Police Station and accident File No.1ARF6/94 was opened. (b) It is also true that among the passengers in the police Land Rover was the then Senior Chief of Kangari Location, Mr. Sammy Njoroge Mwangi, and Administration Police (AP) officers. (c) Compensation can only be decided upon a court of competent jurisdiction and the Attorney-General’s Office."
