"content": "That is an important point that should be addressed by the Committee in a meeting attended both by the officials from the Ministry of Education and the members of the Board of the NG-CDF. You would be able to come up with some consensus. It looks like the issue of the chicken and the egg as to which came before the other. In an appropriate way, Hon. Lomenen, you could seek a Statement or indeed file a Question. During the period for the response from the Ministry, you also invite members of the Board of NG-CDF to attend, so that sitting together, there can be some tripartite agreements between the Committee, indeed, representing the National Assembly, the Ministry of Education and the Board. That would be a better route to go. I am sure it will resolve a number of issues which may not be peculiar only to Turkana South."
