    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, I must commend the Senate for the Fourth Schedule which has laid down the principles of official statistics, that is commendable. In the First Schedule that has been amended, we need to do further amendments because there are very many issues that need to be addressed where official statistics are needed instead of relying on half-baked research papers.
