    "content": "All Kenyans whether they live in Nairobi which is densely populated or sparsely populated constituencies like mine, North Horr in northern Kenya, have a right to be enumerated. We will be allocating resources and making decisions for this nation based on this statistical information. For that reason, it is imperative that all Kenyans are enumerated. I hope the concerned officials in the KNBS will be up to the task."
