    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute to the Statistics (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 37 of 2019. The process of counting people or demographic precision is very important for this country for purposes of planning. It is important for us to realise that we need to have a very comprehensive process where questionnaires can capture a lot of data that can be used for long- term planning.
