Speaker, I rise to second the amendment as tabled by the Departmental Committee on Lands that we delete recommendation referring to the CS for Lands and Physical Planning, the National Lands Commission (NLC) and the Kenya Forest Service in regard to the notice of 60 days. We want to believe for this process to be conducted harmoniously, we have to give them a bit of time. For that reason and for purposes of all stakeholders, we wish to delete that recommendation. I second."
