    "content": " Thank you. I stand guided, Hon. Speaker. I was trying to justify that, in fact, the tirade we got from the Leader of the Majority Party may not have been factually correct. I stand guided. The reason the LSK has been included is as I have said, that we have to give advice both to the Government and the people of Kenya as far as the law is concerned. As I support the Bill, which I think we should pass, it is important that we have a properly constituted IEBC for purposes of moving forward and discharging the very important functions which we have enumerated under Article 88 of the Constitution.
