    "content": "If you look at the provisions that have been made in the Bill in terms of the bodies that are supposed to nominate the committee that is supposed to come up with the names of commissioners, the only body that I have faith in as a person, and I think many Kenyans believe in, is the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). I do not think these other organisations such as the Public Service Commission (PSC), the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the National Gender and Equality Commission (NGEC) Kenyans may have faith in them. Some Kenyans do not and this is the beginning of divisions again."
