"content": "So, we must get it right this time round. Even if we are going to spend more time and interrogate the matter, we better get it right. We should not be in a hurry just to pick people from commissions. Who told you we have faith in the EACC or the LSK? Who is the LSK? I am not a lawyer and I do not understand what the LSK does in Kenya. It is only lawyers who know what they are doing. So, when you are talking about the LSK, the EACC and the Public Service Commission to nominate people to conduct elections, I do not have faith in those people and I am speaking on behalf of the people who elected me. I am carrying the sovereign authority from the people who have vested that it in me. This is one issue that this country must get right this time."
