    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, from the outset, I oppose this Bill. We need to say enough is enough in this country. Elections have caused deaths of innocent children who were not supposed to die. Because of bad governance, elections and people with interests, we lost so many people in 2007 and partly in 2017. We will not impress some people by saying that we need to increase the selection panel from nine to 11 yet we are talking about reducing the wage bill. I suggest that we look for the four commissioners who resigned to add to those who are already there instead of wasting time and money which is not helping this country. Most of the commissioners we select are lawyers."
