    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am opposing this Bill because we have lost so many Kenyans. People have interests in the IEBC. Every time we have elections, we nominate new commissioners to the IEBC. This country has a finance problem. To the Punguza Mizigo, we need to limit the number of the commissioners and the selection panel. For example, the Committee has proposed to increase the number of the selection panel from nine to 11 without giving a proper reason."
