    "content": "As I finish, we need to make sure that the people we nominate from the church, as the Committee has proposed, are people the country has confidence in. We need to have confidence in the Commission because it is for the election of the people. I was a victim. I won the election in 2007, but I did not come to Parliament. The Judiciary has changed a little bit because of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. If you filed a petition before, it could take even five years. My petition took five years just because of theft. Some commissioners collude with relatives. We are not here to allow anybody with interest to be nominated to the IEBC."
