    "content": " Thank you so much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I really appreciate this time so that I can add my voice to this Bill. First of all, I want to thank the Chair for a lot of work which he has put into this Bill. This is a timely Bill. However, with due respect to the Chair, we have to do things rightly. For the past 20 years, electoral process has brought a lot of pain to the society in this country. In the last election, I lost a lot of people through brutal death in my constituency. Some people became jobless because companies slumped, the economy went down and many were disabled. The rivalry and enmity scaled up. If it were not for the wisdom of the President and Hon. Raila, we would still be on that path because of the mismanaged election."
