    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. The election system in Kenya has given the country a very bad and hard time in each election year. We need to be very careful when we are handling an issue that is connected with elections. I acknowledge that the Committee did a good job. There is no question about that. But it is the question of handling the election system in piecemeal that is my concern. We need to handle the election system in total, at one time. That is so that we can marry each bit of it with the other. That, in my opinion, will be the only solution. I say this knowing that, from the year 2013, Kenya has never been peaceful during election time.
