    "content": "On the representation from NGEC, this is an issue we have been struggling with because we need to be gender sensitive. They should be there so as to represent special groups and women. This has not been done before. Also, there will be a person nominated by the Attorney- General who is respected because he advises the Government. The members of the selection panel are people we respect because they work in existing offices which are not there for just three or five years. There is also a representative from the Public Service Commission. Most public officers are interviewed while being employed and we respect this process."
