    "content": "I think the bodies mentioned here are the ones we respect. They have dignity and integrity and that is why most of them are independent. We want the panel to be respected because members have dignity and integrity. This law is being amended so that we do not run into a crisis because of fear. I support this Bill because Kenyans are tired of shedding blood every time there are elections. They are tired of replacing commissioners every time when a certain party loses elections. They are tired of this and we want this body to be filling vacancies arising in IEBC so that elections can continue with dignity and integrity."
