    "content": "The Kriegler Report was very clear. If I had a say – but I do not – I would have IEBC Commissioners appointed from amongst people who are not residents of this country. Even if we have to bring people like Kriegler, let us have an IEBC that cannot be manipulated – one that cannot be threatened or told what to do. That is the only time wananchi will vote for whomever they feel is appropriate."
