    "content": "The Bill is also very clear on timelines from the time when the President is supposed to act. Within seven days, there are certain things he is supposed to do. That is good. Again, the Bill provides how a vacancy that arises is to be filled or when the time of a chairperson is almost ending. Since elections are almost near - we are now two years down the line - I propose that we take this matter seriously.
