    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister has indicated that we have Kshs926 million set aside for the upgrading and rehabilitation of facilities in our national schools. As a committee, we want to state here that this is a very positive move given that in most of our national schools, the buildings and structures are of stone age. We want to believe, as a Committee that this money will be fully utilized for the benefit of all the national schools. We want to urge the Minister that the same gesture should be extended to other schools as we progress."
