    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we must take recruitment of teachers very seriously because without them, children alone cannot learn and classrooms alone cannot teach them. We thank the Ministry for the initiative to recruit more teachers. But I would like to pose the question that we need to be planning as we have these teachers on contracts. We must plan what to do after the period of three years. We may have pupils that we cannot absorp. The way it looks now, we may be told we are looking for low cost teachers. Because we cannot afford them, so we are going to get teachers who cost us low. I hope we are not compromising the quality of our education. We are dealing with the pressure of enrolment, so we need more teachers. As we recruit these teachers, we must put in place a mechanism for replacement in the near future."
