"content": "Many people die of shock when they are told that they have cancer. A person is affected when he or she is informed that they have cancer without counseling. As it has been mentioned by Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., who spoke a few minutes ago, sometimes treatment for cancer is a debate. We have had discussions of whether chemotherapy or radiotherapy help or enhance the spread of cancer. From the talk we had this morning, it was clear that treatment of cancer is dynamic and complex. That means we need oncologists to handle the same."
