    "content": "Recently, when we were doing public participation on the Bill, a researcher told us that all the drugs, diagnosis and screening which we are using is one which was done in the western world, where their genomes are different from ours. The whites have a different type of genetic composition from ours, yet we are using drugs and everything else which were made for them. As a result, sometimes we do not cope, and Africans die more."
