"content": "not only more doctors, but also clinical officers, nurses, laboratory technicians, laboratory technologists and counsellors. This is a very serious disease that not only affects you, but all your relatives and the people around you. We, therefore, need many counsellors as well. Therefore, the declaration of cancer as a national disaster will help everybody. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Members have also talked about further conditional grants for cancer. We will propose that, and also possibly urge the Committee on Finance and Budget and the Committee on Health to make sure that we do that so that it is included in The Division of Revenue Act (DORA) and County Allocation of Revenue Act (CARA). With those many remarks, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. Thank you."
