Vihiga County is next, where the governor increased the wage bill to 48.48 per cent after one financial year. The Governor of Garissa County also increased his wage bill by 10.56 per cent; while the Governor of Bungoma County increased his wage bill by 10.19 per cent. The Laikipia County wage bill increased by 11.13 per cent, while that of West Pokot County by 11.21 per cent. Embu County increased its wage bill by 11.41 per cent, while Baringo County increased its wage bill by 12.15 per cent."
