    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I beg to move that the Institute of Directors of Kenya Bill be now read a Second Time. This Bill is to create an Act of Parliament to establish the Institute of Directors of Kenya to provide for the registration and regulation of the standards of practice of the profession and for connected purposes. A brief background about this Bill is that it was here in the last Parliament and had been sponsored by Hon. David Ochieng’, who by then was the Member for Ugenya. I seconded it. I am giving a brief, so just listen. I am talking about the last Parliament."
