We also have seen many lawyers starting law firms and by virtue of shareholding, they become directors. We have medical doctors who start their own clinics and by the principle of shareholding, they become directors. We have even seen carpenters who start their own small businesses and thus become directors. Many directors get this position through the businesses they start like entrepreneurs.
